A denied claim, organized.
Bring your documents, timeline and own account together in a claim file you control.
ClaimOtter is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

How it works
Three steps. No guesswork.
Everything in one place
Your policy, the denial letter, the repair estimates, the photos, every email. Scattered paperwork is hard to act on. Start by getting it in one place.
How it works
From scattered records to a clear claim file.
A five-step view of the real ClaimOtter workflow. Nothing is sent until you decide it is ready.
- 01
Gather
Bring your policy, decision letter, photos, estimates, and correspondence together.
- 02
Organize
Keep private records dated, labeled, and connected to the events they support.
- 03
Trace
Build a factual timeline without changing your account of what happened.
- 04
Complete
See which documentation is present and what you may still want to add.
- 05
Prepare
Review every line, then download and file your complaint yourself.
This reflects how complete your documentation is, not whether the insurer will pay. I can't predict claim outcomes.

Questions worth asking.
No. ClaimOtter is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are a document organization and complaint documentation tool. We do not represent you, we do not rate the merit of your claim, and we cannot predict claim outcomes.
ClaimOtter is currently available for Texas policyholders. Illinois and Colorado filing guides are provided as information only. Join the waitlist to hear when those states open.
Oli scores the documentation you've gathered: your policy, the denial letter, estimates or repair bills, damage photos, and your communication log. The point weights depend on your claim's state, and your score card shows the exact points for each item. It measures organization, not claim validity.
No. ClaimOtter only measures how complete your documentation is. We never predict outcomes or assure that your insurer will pay. No software or service can promise an insurance decision.
Your files go into a private storage bucket — never a public web address. Each file is saved under a key tied to your account, and every time you open a document we generate a fresh signed link that expires after five minutes. We never sell or share your data.
You give your account in your own words. A guided template puts it into an organized reply and may reference Texas statutes and rules that commonly apply. You review, edit, and approve every line before anything is sent. The final response is prepared by you.
